About the role
n
We are seeking passionate, sales-driven Senior Sales Assistants to join our newest and biggest store at Macquarie. For us, exceptional customer care and strong sales results go hand in hand — when you genuinely understand what a customer needs and guide them to the right product, the sale follows naturally.

We don't just sell pyjamas; we sell the ultimate experience of luxury and comfort. We're looking for customer-obsessed individuals with a knack for styling and a genuine drive to help every customer walk away with exactly what they came for — and more.

What you'll be doing
n




Getting to know each customer so you can guide them to the right product — and the next one
n
Turning genuine, personalised service into upsells, add-ons and closed sales
n
Hitting individual and store sales targets and KPIs, shift after shift
n
Keeping the store looking as good as the product
n
Supporting stock, replenishment and the wider team
n

A track record of hitting sales targets in retail or fashion

A natural at reading customers and closing the sale — without being pushy

Strong styling eye and product knowledge (or keen to learn fast)

Adaptable availability, including weekends and public holidays

Someone who genuinely loves people, and providing an exceptional customer experience
