ARB is seeking a Senior Product Development Manager to lead the end-to-end development and commercialisation of automotive and 4x4 products. This senior role is ideal for a commercially driven product leader with strong automotive product development, program management, and engineering leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end automotive product development from concept through to launch and lifecycle management
Lead commercially viable product programs including business cases, ROI, margins, and cost targets
Deliver complex product development programs on time, to budget, and to market requirements
Lead and influence engineering and product development teams
Drive design-to-cost, value engineering, and cost optimisation initiatives
Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing to ensure successful product commercialisation
Manage suppliers and development partners to optimise cost, quality, and delivery
About you
Proven experience leading end-to-end automotive, aftermarket or 4x4 product development is
essential
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).




Strong commercial acumen with experience owning product profitability and margin outcomes
essential
Demonstrated program management experience across multi-product portfolios
An active interest in 4x4, camping, or off-road adventure highly regarded.
