What Your Days Look Like
n
n
Providing commercial insight and performance analysis to site leaders.
n
Acting as a trusted business partner to the Plant Manager and Site Leadership Team, influencing decisions that improve operational and financial outcomes
n
Overseeing the manufacturing costing,
inventory,labourefficiency,wasteand
productivity metrics.
n
Developing business cases and supporting capital investment decisions.
n
Identifyingrisks and opportunities and driving accountability for results.
n
Coaching and developing site finance team members.
n
n
About You
n
n
7+ years' experience in Finance, Accounting or Commercial Finance.
n
Manufacturing, industrial or FMCG experience.
n
Robust budgeting,
forecasting,reportingand
month-end capability.
n
Manufacturing costing and cost accounting experience.
n
Proven business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
n




Previouspeopleleadership
experience.including
coaching,developingand
creating accountability within teams.
n
Advanced Excel skills, with SAP experience highly regarded.
n
A proactive, self-sufficient approach with the confidence to make decisions and know when to elevate.
n
The ability to
beonsiteinSheppartonfive
days per week.
