executor and beneficiary disputesInformal wills, capacity and undue influence mattersMediation, negotiation and court proceedingsAbout youApproximately 2+ years' PAE in Wills & EstatesExperience across estate planning and administration, with estate litigation exposure highly regardedStrong drafting, analytical and client communication skillsThe empathy and judgement required to guide clients through sensitive mattersAbility to manage files autonomously while working collaboratively within a teamA genuine interest in building a long‐term career in succession lawWhy apply?
