Working directly between cross-functional business stakeholders, IT delivery teams, and enterprise architects, this role maps operational workflows, translates business needs into technical requirements, and embeds modern AI tools to speed up delivery.
Combining practical process analysis with project coordination, this role will ensure technical solutions align with business goals and drive smooth operational adoption across our manufacturing sites and corporate functions.This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days in office.
Occasional interstate travel will also be required in line with business needsKey ResponsibilitiesLead requirements elicitation, process mapping, and discovery sessions with business stakeholders to define current-state and future-state ("to-be") operational processesLeverage modern AI and digital enablement tools (e.g., agentic AI, Copilot) to optimize analysis workflows, drive efficiencies, and improve deliverable speedTranslate complex business needs into explicit, structured functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria while ensuring end-to-end requirement traceability through to UAT and testingSupport project managers and delivery leads with project coordination, including milestone tracking, RAID log management, dependency tracking,



and governance artifactsCollaborate closely with solution architects and technical leads to evaluate system, data, and integration impacts, ensuring proposed solutions align with enterprise architecture standardsDrive business readiness, change adoption, UAT execution, user guide documentation, and hypercare support across system deployments and ERP module rolloutsEngage actively in PMO and IT team sessions, contributing to continuous delivery improvements, process standardisation, and team culture.About You5+ years as a Business Analyst or Senior BA within IT delivery, enterprise transformations, or process improvement environmentsBackground in manufacturing/FMCG environmentExperience with enterprise platforms (such as SAP/ERP), requirements management, and process modellingPractical experience across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery, with hands-on PMO governance supportOpen-minded and comfortable leveraging modern AI tools to streamline business analysis workflowsStrong communicator skilled at translating technical concepts for business stakeholders to drive changeAnalytical, detail-oriented, and structured with the drive to navigate ambiguity and deliver outcomesWhy Orora?
