It is essential that the incumbent hold the following qualifications/certificates:Relevant Technical / Trade Qualification and or Degree Qualification (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation and Piping)Construction White CardCurrent Drivers LicenceIt is essential for the incumbent to demonstrate experience and/or knowledge in the following:******* years' experience in Oil and Gas Facilities construction supervisory or field engineering roleDemonstrated experience in managing contractors in line with a contractDemonstrated experience working to Australian Standards and codesAbility to understand and effectively articulate Company Standards and performance expectations to contractors and the worksite generallyExperience in risk mitigation to enable timely project deliveryDemonstrated experience in Workfront planning and execution management.Experience in schedule and cost managementAbility to understand and manage change effectivelyDemonstrated experience working within a multidisciplinary teamProject control and reporting systemsSolid proven knowledge of risk management techniquesSound computer skillsCandidates must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
