OverviewSeeking a Senior Associate to join the Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety (WRES) practice in Brisbane.
Full‐time and permanent.
The role involves working with partners Shae McCartney, Christy Miller and Hilary Searing on a range of workplace matters, including industrial strategy and disputes, project management, compliance, restructuring, underpayments and litigation across courts and tribunals.ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on workplace relations, industrial relations, employment, occupational health and safety, and anti‐discrimination matters.Draft transparent, concise, commercial advice and documents.Assist in dispute resolution,
