It will take all of us working together to deliver solutions to the world's most critical challenges.Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (B.Sc/ M.Sc/ B.Eng) and eligible for membership of an internationally accepted applicable professional Institute.
e.g. IET, Engineers Australia8 years minimum experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, at least 5 years in a design role within the electrical engineering disciplineProven experience in the Offshore and Onshore LNG, O&G; brownfields engineering EPCM Sector in AustraliaMust be an effective communicator to efficiently interface with other engineeringdisciplines, project managers, clients' representatives, vendor, and subcontractorsMust be familiar with relevant local and international Electrical codes, client Design Specifications and procedures, and have a thorough working knowledge of the latest design and analytical techniquesFEED and Detailed Design experience with HV & LV electrical reticulation systems, power generation, and power distribution, switch gear, lighting systems, UPS systems, etc.Power system studies, simulation and report using software such as PowerCAD, SKM PowerTools, ETAP and/or similar softwaresExperience in renewable energy projects, including Solar PV systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems, wind generation, and associated HV/LV integration worksMust be certified for Hazardous area determination and classificationProven experience managing risk during the design process consistent with technical and commercial requirementsResponsible for leadership of a functional area on small to medium projectsProvide engineering support during the construction & commissioning phases of a projectAble to travel to site as and when requiredAble to demonstrate team working skillsEnthusiastic, conscientious and keen to learn with a flexible can-do attitudeCandidates must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
