The Senior Project Engineer ensures the effective coordination and control of engineering works for a designated project through technical, engineering, inspection, scheduling, planning, survey, procurement and quality control based on ACCIONA standards.
The Senior Project Engineer assists the Construction Manager to ensure secure and successful completion of the project on schedule,



within budget and to the specified quality.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the project is delivered to cost & time with resources needed leading to a high level of client satisfactionIdentify and assess risk to the project as well as implement strategies to mitigate riskUse your technical skills to resolve design challenges and identify value engineering opportunitiesCost and forecast control to assist project managers with strategic planningLead, develop and manage large project teams on the groundBuild effective and collaborative relationships to coordinate activities with supervisorsMaintain quality, environmental, and safety systems across the projectProvide positive leadership to subcontractors, monitor and control their performance to ensure the quality and standard of workmanship performed both on and off site is in accordance with the specifications and relevant proceduresManage construction budgets to allow accurate profit/loss forecasting and monitor the financial performance for certain aspects of the projectRequired Skills and CompetenciesTertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or similar6 years' experience in a project/delivery-based roleExperience leading high performing teamsDemonstrated strong forecasting and budgeting experienceCompetent in planning and organising work schedulesWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and promote equality and diversity.
