& other risk & assurance activitiesIndependently deliver audit walkthroughs, testing, process maps, risk & controls documentation & reports, in line with Bridgestone & qualified standardsIdentify control gaps, analyse root causes & recommend practical improvements.Contribute to annual program planning & management reporting activitiesBuild strong stakeholder relationships & resolve audit matters effectivelyAbout You - EssentialBachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other business related fieldCIA, CA, CPA or CISA certificationsDemonstrated experience (5+ years) in delivering end-to-end financial & operational internal audit projectsStrong attention to detail, consistently producing accurate, reliable work that contributes to high‐quality audit outcomesTakes full ownership of responsibilities, operating independently with confidence while engaging the Internal Audit Manager when deeper alignment or guidance is requiredApplies curiosity, critical thinking, & professional judgment to assess information, problem-solve & challenge assumptionsShows commitment & discipline in managing workload, remaining organised under shifting requirements, & collaborating constructively to support team goalsAccepting of regular interstate travel - approx once per quarterCurrent work rights in AustraliaJoin a global leader & access product discounts, career progression & training opportunities!
