We Deliver - Together.The OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a hands-on enterprise infrastructure role supporting critical IT systems and services.
You will work across server, storage, and backup technologies, including Pure Storage, NetApp, and Rubrik, helping to maintain the stability, performance,



and reliability of core infrastructure platforms.The role offers exposure to complex enterprise environments where you will troubleshoot technical issues, support operational improvements, and contribute to the ongoing management of modern infrastructure technologies.
Working within a collaborative IT team, you will have the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise while playing a key role in supporting day-to-day operations.This is a permanent full-time opportunity and can be based in Canberra or Sydney (preferred), Melbourne or Brisbane.The successful candidate must hold an NV1 security clearance or higher.Administer and support enterprise server, storage, and backup infrastructure environmentsManage and maintain storage platforms including Pure Storage and NetAppAdminister backup and recovery solutions, including RubrikMonitor system performance, capacity, and operational health across infrastructure platformsPerform system maintenance, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle activitiesDiagnose and resolve complex technical incidents and infrastructure issuesSupport virtualised environments and associated infrastructure servicesMaintain system security, backup integrity,



and operational compliance standardsContribute to incident, problem, and change management activitiesMaintain accurate technical documentation, procedures, and operational runbooksCollaborate with internal IT teams and vendors to support operational outcomesProvide technical guidance and support to team members as requiredAs the ideal candidate you will bringNV1 security clearanceBachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experienceExperience administering enterprise Windows and/or Linux environmentsHands-on experience with enterprise storage platforms such as Pure Storage or NetAppExperience with backup and recovery technologies, ideally RubrikExperience supporting virtualised infrastructure environmentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage operational prioritiesUnderstanding of enterprise infrastructure and operational support processesAll candidates will be required to hold and maintain an active NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
