team performance and client deadlinesBuild long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to expand advisory servicesCollaborate with specialist Tax and Audit teams on complex client engagementsSupport the Directors with practice growth, business development and strategic initiativesAbout YouWe're seeking an experienced Business Services & Tax Senior Manager with a solid background in Australian public practice.You'll ideally possess:CA or CPA qualificationExtensive Business Services & Tax experience within an Australian accounting firmStrong technical expertise across tax compliance and business advisoryExperience managing complex SME, family groups and multi-entity client structuresProven leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teamsExcellent communication skills and commercial acumenA genuine passion for building long-term client relationshipsWhat's on Offer?
