ResponsibilitiesLead packaging delivery across *****+ projects spanning NPD and sustainabilityOwn end-to-end outcomes across corrugated and rigid packaging formatsBuild leadership capability in a high-performing FMCG R&D; environmentThe OpportunityWe're looking for an experienced Senior Packaging Technologist to join our Australian R&D; team and take a lead role across a diverse portfolio of packaging projects.In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering packaging solutions across New Product Development (NPD), Value Engineering (VE) and Sustainability initiatives, ensuring outcomes are commercially viable, operationally robust and aligned to consumer and customer needs.You'll play a key role in coaching and developing emerging talent, while leading multiple projects across a broad packaging portfolio including corrugated and rigid formats.With *****+ projects in play at any time, this is a fast-paced, highly cooperative role with exposure across the full value chain and opportunities for interstate and occasional international travel.What You Will DoLead the delivery of packaging components across NPD, VE and sustainability projects to agreed cost, quality and timing targetsDevelop and manage project plans, identifying risks and driving mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomesDesign and execute factory trials, ensuring robust data capture, analysis and clear recommendationsProvide technical input into packaging specifications and artwork briefs (TAB), ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirementsPartner closely with Operations, Procurement, Quality,
