You'll beMonitoring and assessing policy, legislative and regulatory developments that impact Crown's strategy, operations and reputationProviding advice that enhances community trust, government relations, industry partnerships,
and overall business objectivesSupporting stakeholder engagement across government and industryPreparing submissions, briefings and key messaging on public policy and legislative mattersConducting research and analysis on emerging policy issues and their implications for CrownManaging Government & Public Affairs projects and initiativesCoordinating and contributing to Executive, Board and Committee reportingRepresenting Crown at internal and external eventsYou'll bring3+ years in a similar role, with relevant experience in government, public policy or lawDemonstrated ability to synthesise complex concepts and data into clear, concise and actionable communicationsCapability in reviewing and assessing legislation, regulations, codes, policy, budgets, and similar complex government instrumentsStrong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholdersStrong ability to manage time and deliver outcomes, without compromising on quality or detailCuriosity about public policy, government and the factors shaping Australia's regulatory landscapeOn offer to youOpportunity to be part of a high performing team within an iconic Australian hospitality brandComplimentary meals at our in office staff restaurant + discounts at various F&B; venues on propertyGenerous accommodation discounts across Crown Resorts in Sydney,
