We're looking for an experienced metallurgical leader to take ownership of our metallurgy and laboratory functions and play a key role in the future success.Leading a team of metallurgists, graduates, vacation students and laboratory professionals, you'll have the opportunity to influence operating strategy, drive continuous improvement, optimise plant performance and deliver projects that make a real impact.If you're ready to step into a role with broad responsibility, strong leadership exposure and genuine career growth potential, we'd love to hear from you.Roster: 8/6, 12 hours per day (Dayshift only)Location: Peak Mine,



Cobar NSWTravel optionsResidents enjoy a balanced roster and the opportunity to settle into the family-friendly township of Cobar.
Relocation support is available, along with a residential allowanceDIDO if you live within an 800km radius of the Mine site which includes a travel allowanceFIFO from Brisbane, Sydney or MelbourneKey ResponsibilitiesLeading and mentoring our Metallurgy and Laboratory teamsDriving recovery improvements and plant optimisation initiativesProviding technical leadership across gold and base metals processing operationsManaging metallurgical accounting, reconciliation and performance reportingOverseeing laboratory operations and analytical quality standardsIdentifying, developing and delivering improvement projects from concept through to implementationWorking closely with operations, maintenance and technical services to maximise plant performanceQualifications And ExperienceBachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or an equivalent qualificationExtensive experience in a mineral processing plant, including demonstrated leadership experienceStrong metallurgical background with polymetallic ore flotation experienceSound knowledge of SAG and ball milling, gravity circuits, flotation, thickening, filtration, cyanide leaching, CIP, elution, electrowinning,
