Monadelphous are seeking an experienced Senior E&I; Supervisor to join our PNG Operations team until mid-****, based in the Brisbane office until December then on site in Papua New Guinea on a FIFO 4:4 roster.Reporting to the Construction Manager, this position will be supervising E&I; project scopes; planning, coordinating, supervising and assisting with daily activities of work crews; ensuring compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements; and ensuring that the quality, production, and environmental requirements of the project are met.What you will bring:Demonstrable experience as an Senior or Lead E&I; Supervisor in the resources sector (Oil and Gas preferred)Cert III in Electro Technology and a current Australian Electrical LicenseCert III in Instrumentation and EEHA Certification (highly regarded)Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a national workforce in the fieldProven ability to plan work and coordinate teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience using digital completions systems (highly regarded)Strong time management skills and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlinesProven track record of maintaining a protected working environmentProof of right to work in Australia and a valid passportExperience working in PNG or remote locations (highly regarded)We have been operating in Papua Recent Guinea over 19 years, proud to be providing jobs for the local region in structural,
