The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping how reporting and insights are delivered across the organisation.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analystwho can do far more than produce reports.This position will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the organisation's reporting direction, ensuring stakeholders have access to meaningful, actionable, and business-focused insights.You will partner with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and technical teams to establish reporting frameworks, develop KPI methodologies, and deliver high-impact dashboards that drive strategic decision-making.The role will also be heavily involved in business intelligence transformation initiatives, including the migration and optimisation of reporting capabilities between Tableauand Power BI.Skills & ExperienceExtensive experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence,
