configuration management, and ongoing platform reliabilityParticipate in a 24/7 support model, providing technical expertise for business-critical operational systemsAbout YouExperience with ADMS and SCADA platforms within electricity distribution, utilities, or other critical infrastructure environmentsSolid understanding of power systems, electricity networks, and operational technology environmentsExperience supporting complex OT systems including SCADA, DMS, OMS, RTUs, communications infrastructure, and associated platformsStrong technical capability across databases, scripting, and system configuration — SQL, MongoDB, and PythonExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical issuesCollaborative stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence outcomes and communicate technical concepts effectively
