We have established a culture that prioritises our people and fosters strong community connections.Please note: Costerfield Operations is a residential mine and relocation to the local area is essential for this role.RequirementsAbout the RoleReporting to the HSEC Manager, the Environment & Community Superintendent is a key leadership role responsible for delivering environmental compliance, driving sustainability initiatives, and leading community engagement across the mining operation.
The role ensures compliance with Victorian environmental legislation while fostering positive, transparent relationships with key stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead site environmental management programs, including monitoring, rehabilitation, and statutory compliance reporting.Manage community engagement and consultation activities, including stakeholder liaison, community events,
