You'll work with experienced teams, make decisions that matter and lead secure, efficient and high-quality delivery across our project.
About the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide leadership and direction to production teams, collaborating closely with site leaders to uphold Macmahon's safety-first culture and achieve operational objectives.
You will be responsible for driving production performance, optimising resources and ensuring the successful execution of the mine plan.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate production activities to safely achieve daily,



weekly and monthly mining targetsMonitor production performance and implement strategies to maximise fleet utilisation and operational efficiencyProvide leadership, coaching and support to Production Supervisors and operational teamsWork closely with Technical Services and Maintenance teams to optimise mine plan delivery and equipment availabilityManage production resources and respond to operational challenges to minimise delays and downtimeChampion a culture of safety, integrity, continuous improvement and operational excellence

Demonstrated leadership capability and extensive experience managing large-scale surface mining operationsRIIRIS402D - Carry Out the Risk Management ProcessesBSBWHS411 - Implement and Monitor WHS Policies, Procedures and ProgramsStrong knowledge of mine planning, production execution and fleet management principlesA strong focus on safety, with the ability to lead and embed WHS standards across operational teamsExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across operations, maintenance and technical servicesA results-driven mindset with a passion for operational performance, continuous improvement and people development
