We're committed to professional growth, wellbeing, and genuine work–life balance.The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist to step into a Senior SP position, covering maternity leave from November.
This is a fixed-term position, with the possibility of an ongoing permanent role for the right candidate.You'll support and mentor other clinicians while holding your own caseload, with opportunities to contribute meaningfully to the vision and goals of the company.Your role will include:Providing ongoing supervision and mentoring to our clinicians, supporting their clinical development and wellbeingOffering guidance and support across the team,



acting as a point of escalation and support for clinical and case-related questionsContributing meaningfully to the vision and goals of HolTACLeading and supporting our student placement programHelping devise, expand, and deliver our consultancy and training programs to families, professionals, and the broader communityConducting your own speech pathology assessments and delivering individualised therapy within a holistic, neuroaffirming frameworkCollaborating closely with our interdisciplinary team on shared clients, projects, and goalsLeading and participating in case discussions, professional development, and team eventsWorking in a community-based model, with flexibility to shape your caseload around your interestsWhat We OfferFlexible full time or part-time arrangementsNo KPI pressureFull admin support for scheduling and caseload managementStructured burnout prevention planning to maintain sustainable workloadsA dedicated professional development budget and planning to suit your goalsRegular supervision and mentoring from senior clinicians (and the opportunity to shape this for others)Genuine input into the direction of our consultancy and training offeringsTechnology and resources provided - iPad, phone, and laptop for work use,
