Join a leading accounting and advisory firm in Adelaide where you'll work on complex audit engagements, collaborate closely with experienced Partners and Managers, and build the experience and leadership skills needed to progress into Supervisor and Manager roles.This opportunity is ideal for an Audit Senior looking for greater ownership, stronger client exposure and a clear pathway into leadership.The OpportunityYou'll join a growing Audit & Assurance team working across a diverse portfolio of clients, including:ASX-listed organisationsLarge private businessesNot-for-profit organisationsFamily groupsGrowing Australian companiesYour responsibilities will include:Planning and leading external audit engagements from start to completionManaging audit fieldwork and ensuring high-quality deliveryReviewing financial statements and audit documentationIdentifying risks and providing valuable insights to clientsBuilding strong relationships with clients and key stakeholdersSupporting and mentoring junior team membersWorking closely with Managers, Directors and Partners on complex engagementsAbout YouYou'll ideally have:3+ years' external audit experience within Australian public practiceCA/CPA qualified or currently progressing towards qualificationExperience within a Big 4, mid-tier or reputable boutique firmStrong knowledge of Australian Accounting and Auditing StandardsExcellent communication skills and confidence working with clientsA genuine interest in progressing your audit careerWhy This Opportunity?
