This role would suit someone who thrives in a high-volume,



end-to-end payroll environment and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.About the RoleDrawing on your payroll expertise, you will be responsible for:Processing end-to-end payroll accurately and on timeMaintaining and updating employee records within the payroll systemEnsuring payroll compliance with relevant legislation, Awards, taxation requirements and organisational policiesProcessing payroll adjustments, terminations, leave payments and other manual calculationsResponding to payroll enquiries and providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholdersAssisting with payroll reconciliations, reporting and month-end activitiesSupporting continuous improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities to enhance payroll processesSkills & Experience5+ years' experience in a similar end-to-end payroll positionStrong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and complianceHigh level of accuracy with excellent attention to detailExperience interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements is highly regardedStrong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the businessWell-developed organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
