With stores across NSW and QLD, a growing online presence and a dedicated Interior Styling Studio in Glenhaven, we continue to expand our styling services nationwide.We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Interior Stylist to join our Glenhaven Interior Styling Studio on a permanent full-time basis.
This role will also involve working in our Collaroy Interior Styling Team from time to time.This position requires availability to work five days per week, with Saturdays being essential due to client demand and studio consultations.This is an chance for a confident stylist who not only loves creating beautiful spaces, but is motivated to grow a client base and drive styling revenue.About the RoleYou will deliver exceptional styling outcomes for clients while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities to expand the Interior Styling division in SydneyClient Advisory & Styling DeliveryProvide expert interior styling advice to clients seeking tailored home styling solutions using Alfresco Emporium exclusive productsDevelop and present detailed client proposalsManage projects from initial consultation through to installationOversee and contribute to styling installations, including pre and post-production processesEnsure projects are delivered on time and within budgetDevelop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat businessBusiness Development & Revenue GrowthIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client baseDevelop and implement strategies to achieve styling sales targets and increase profitabilityBuild relationships with new and existing clients, designers, builders and referral partnersConfidently convert consultations into confirmed projectsTrack results and provide monthly reporting on pipeline and performanceOperational & Technical ExcellenceMaintain up-to-date knowledge of Alfresco Emporium productsDevelop strong relationships with third-party suppliersUtilise systems including CIN7, Monday and Floor Planner to streamline workflowEnsure accurate tracking, reporting and documentationAbout YouCompletion of a Design or Styling qualificationMinimum 4+ years' experience as an Interior Stylist or DecoratorExperience working with premium or high-end brandsExperience in creating 2D Floor Plans and 3D RendersDemonstrated experience in winning new work or growing revenue
