Q&A; and engagement plansProvide crisis communication support across multiple stakeholdersCollaborate with and influence senior leaders to adopt effective employee engagement approachesSupport delivery of employee events including roadshows, briefings and presentationsProvide mentoring and technical advice to team membersAbout YouMinimum 5 years' experience as a senior employee communications, strategic communications, or corporate affairs advisor within a large corporation, government department or agencyDemonstrated experience designing and delivering proactive communication and engagement plansStrong experience in crisis communication and emergency management communicationsAbility to work independently across rapid-moving projects with significant stakeholder engagementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with core comms tools (MS Office, SharePoint, MS Forms, PowerPoint)Experience within construction or utilities sectors highly regarded, though not essential
