Senior Infection Prevention & Control ManagerOur client is a well-established and highly respected aged care provider with multiple residential homes across Victoria, known for delivering innovative, person-centred care to their communities.Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Manager to lead their organisation-wide infection control strategy.Reporting to the Chief Quality and Risk Officer, this newly enhanced role offers the chance to shape infection prevention practice across an entire aged care network - driving compliance, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement at a strategic level.As IPC Manager, you will lead and assure an effective, organisation-wide infection prevention and control system - proactively identifying and managing infection risks, strengthening workforce capability, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all homes.
