Reporting tothe Strategic Planning Co-Ordinator and based in Windsor, you will developstrategic policies relating to land development and advise on complex planningmatters using best practice principles.About YouTo be successful in thisposition you must have a degree qualification in Town Planning and a strongbackground in Land Use Strategy/plan development supported by expertise withrelated legislation.
You will haveexcellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of amulti-disciplinary team.Degree qualification in Town Planning, UrbanPlanning or related discipline recognised by the Planning Institute ofAustralia.Demonstrated experience in strategic land useplanning within Local Government or a comparable planning environment(typically 6+ years).
