allowing Project Managers to focus on delivering successful projects.ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of a major healthcare mechanical services package valued at approximately $15 million.Manage the project from design development through procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.Coordinate with the client, builder, consultants and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.Manage programme, budget, commercial performance and project reporting.Lead and mentor project staff while working closely with engineering and site teams.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget while maintaining exceptional quality standards.About YouWe're open to speaking with candidates from two backgrounds:An experienced Mechanical Project Manager with 10+ years' experience delivering building services projects within the NSW market; orAn ambitious Project Manager successfully delivering smaller projects who is ready to step into larger, more complex projects with the backing of an experienced leadership team.You'll ideally bring:Mechanical Services / HVAC project delivery experience.Strong understanding of Australian construction practices and relevant standards.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience managing commercial aspects of projects.A collaborative leadership style and passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.What's on Offer?
