Ilonka Foods is an established Western Australian food manufacturer supplying premium sous-vide meats, meals and food solutions across, hospitality, foodservice, retail, wholesale, healthcare and aged care.We are looking for a highly organised, commercially minded Senior Sales & Operations Coordinator to become a key link between our customers, sales activity, logistics, administration and staff.This role would suit either:An experienced operator – someone with solid food industry, wholesale, logistics and manufacturing experience who already understands the industry and brings useful customer or industry relationships.Or an ambitious step-up candidate – someone with strong foundations who is ready to learn quickly, take on more responsibility and grow into a broader operations role.The salary range is $75,000–$100,000 + super, depending on experience, capability and industry network.What You'll Be DoingManaging sales enquiries, quotes and customer follow-upMaintaining an active sales pipelineSupporting new-business developmentCoordinating deliveries and driversManaging day-to-day customer service issuesOverseeing sales and customer administrationKeeping pricing and product information currentHelping staff with day-to-day operational questionsFollowing up outstanding actionsPresent practical sales and operations reportsIdentify more effective ways of doing thingsMaintains strong visibility across day-to-day operationsWe're Looking for Someone WhoIs exceptionally organisedFollows things through without being chasedIs confident speaking with customersIs highly tech-savvy, confident learning and improving business and administration systemsMust be highly proficient across Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Outlook,



Word and Teams.Is commercially aware and comfortable with numbersCan coordinate people without creating unnecessary dramaNotices when something has been missedIs happy to pick up the phone and solve a problemLearns quickly and takes feedback wellWants responsibility and room to growExperience in food manufacturing, meat, foodservice, wholesale, distribution or logistics would be highly regarded.
