This role will play a key part in shaping process design, driving requirements development, and working closely with senior stakeholders to support key decisions across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead process design and requirements development across business initiativesSupport business plan development and RFP process managementPartner with senior stakeholders to drive approval and decision-making processesFacilitate workshops to gather requirements and align stakeholdersProduce hands-on documentation, including frameworks, requirements, and process documentationAbout YouDeep experience in process design and requirements developmentBusiness plan development and RFP process management experience highly regardedProven ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive decision-makingStrong workshop facilitation and communication skillsWillingness to take a hands-on approach to documentation
