The Role: This is a true ***** split.
Facilitation
Deliver high-quality workshops in person and virtually
Adapt in the room based on audience and context
Work across government, healthcare, and corporate clients
Instructional Design
Tailor existing content to suit each client
Build current material where needed
What We're Looking For
Strong facilitation experience across soft skills
Ability to read the room and adjust in real time
Clear, concise writing skills
Ability to translate client needs into training that works
Comfortable working at pace
High attention to detail
You are likely:
Low ego, high standards
Comfortable with short deadlines
Able to switch between delivery and design
Travel
Most training delivery for you would be Melbourne/Victoria based.
There is plenty of interstate travel if it suits you.
It's not a deal breaker if you'd prefer just to work in Victoria.
