These are excellent opportunities for experienced workers compensation or personal injury lawyers seeking a high-impact role with flexibility and the chance to gain valuable government experience.Your new role Working within a specialist legal team, you will utilise your legal expertise to assess and manage funding applications, provide advice on complex legal issues and contribute to the delivery of high-quality legal services.
You will also identify opportunities for early resolution of matters, prepare legal advice and correspondence, and contribute to policy and procedural improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and determine applications for legal assistance and grant funding.Provide legal advice on workers compensation and related legal matters.Draft legal advice, submissions, briefing notes,
