Sydney West Location.12 Hour Shifts in a Rotating 24/7 Roster (Includes Weekend Work). IMMEDIATEStart for the right applicants. temp - permanent role.

Your duties will include, but will not be limited to the following:
n
Quality Assurance, ensuring products are within required standards,
n
Measuring Products diameter continuously,
n
Operating plastic extrusion machine,
n
General factory duties where required,
n
Experience with Micrometre preferred but not essential,
n

Manual handling / forklift operating,
n
General factory duties where required,
n
Experience with Micrometre preferred but not essential,
n




Updating extrusion reports daily.
n
To be successful for this role, you MUST:
n
Have previous experience with Plastic Profile Extrusion Machinery / Plastics Industry
n
Must havea current LF Forklift License &experience;
n
Have a great work ethic with reliability and commitment,
n
Have good mechanical aptitude with the mindset to work unsupervised,
n
Have a "can do" attitude with an ability to be part of a team,
n
Have a high attention to detail,
n
Able to commence ASAP,
n
Good communication skills,
n
Ability to work as part of a team,
n
Safety conscious,
n
Have your own reliable transportation,
n
Can work on a 7-day 24hr rotating roster (including weekends).
n
In return for your hard work, you will receive ongoing work, excellent support and training and an induction process so you can understand the company and position in further detail.
n
Previous experience within the plastics industry would be HighlyDESIRABLE, however a strong background in manufacturing and reliable work history will also be taken into consideration.
n
As per the application process, all successful applicants will be required to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical (conducted by our Onsite Occupational Nurse during the interview stage) which includes a Drug and Alcohol test.
n
