Safe Wayz adopts a strength-based, family- focused and culturally centred trauma-informed approach to working with children and families to help prevent behaviours from escalating.Your responsibilities will include.Deliver early support, counselling and safety planning for children under 10 with problematic or harmful sexual behaviours (PHSBs)Coordinate and contribute to prevention and early‐intervention initiatives in partnership with Aboriginal communities and Aboriginal‐controlled organisations.Conduct holistic psychosocial assessments that incorporate cultural needs,
