Civic Disability Services seeks a Senior Support Leader for Onsite Shared Support – Independent Living in the Sutherland Shire, NSW.
You will lead day-to-day operations, mentor frontline staff and coordinate rostering while upholding person-centred, protected care for tenants and families.
Applicants should have 5+ years in frontline roles, a Certificate III/IV in Disability or related discipline, and strong knowledge of NDIS requirements.
