Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Materials & Logistics Superintendent to join our Engineering Construction division, supporting the delivery of a major mining and minerals project (2:1) in Port Hedland, Western Australia.Reporting to the Construction Manager, this is a key site leadership role responsible for overseeing all materials management, warehousing, logistics, and supply chain activities across a large-scale construction project.

client representatives and project stakeholdersWhat you'll bring:Significant experience in a Materials & Logistics Superintendent or similar leadership role on major mining, minerals, oil & gas or infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of construction supply chains, materials management and logistics operationsProven experience managing warehousing, inventory control and project logistics teamsExperience coordinating heavy haulage, oversized loads and remote site logistics activitiesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities in a dynamic project environmentStrong planning, organisational and problem-solving skillsSound knowledge of materials management systems and reporting processesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/materials management platformsStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skillsDemonstrated commitment to safety leadership and workforce wellbeingValid Australian Driver's LicenceFull Australian working rightsLife at MonadelphousThere's lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
