Working closely with our leadership team, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of industries while supporting and developing junior team members.Your responsibilities will include:Preparation and review of financial statements and income tax returnsTax planning and strategic client discussionsBusiness advisory and performance improvement conversationsManaging client relationships and acting as a trusted advisorSupporting and mentoring junior accountantsIdentifying opportunities to add value beyond complianceContributing to process improvement and firm growth initiativesAbout YouYou'll likely have:5+ years' experience in public practice accountingStrong technical knowledge across business and taxation mattersExperience managing client relationships independentlyA desire to move beyond compliance and into advisory-focused workExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsCA/CPA qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential for the right candidateMost importantly, you're someone who enjoys working with people, takes ownership, and wants to be part of a firm that is evolving and growing.
