From early-stage concepts to polished high-fidelity designs, you'll be the voice of the customer in solving real business problems — ensuring our platforms deliver a seamless experience, regardless of the channel our customers choose.Position AccountabilitiesDesign wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that drive business outcomesPartner with senior stakeholders to ensure designs meet and exceed expectationsChampion a customer-led design philosophy across the businessMaintain visual consistency across all digital products and brandsConduct qualitative and quantitative user research to validate concepts and surface end-user pain pointsContribute to and maintain design systemsCollaborate within an Agile delivery environment alongside Product Owners, Business Analysts, and developersLeverage A/B testing and site analytics to continuously optimise digital experiencesCoach and mentor junior UX/UI designersSupport a culture of compliance, risk awareness, and continuous improvementWhat experience you'll bring6+ years** of UX/UI design experience across responsive web, online services, and/or mobile applicationsExpert proficiency in Figma or equivalent wireframing and prototyping toolsExperience integrating AI tools and workflows into your design processStrong understanding of front-end development frameworksSolid grounding in design principles, accessibility standards, typography, and UI componentsHands-on experience with user research methods — interviews, surveys, usability testing, and beyondCompelling portfolio demonstrating your design thinking, process, and craft across multiple form factors (mobile, tablet,
