Your work will directly support government priorities and enhance public understanding of key programs.About YouYou are a motivated and detail-oriented professional who brings:Proven experience in delivering project communications across multiple channels for internal and external audiencesStrong skills in designing and implementing media strategies aligned with organisational prioritiesAbility to manage competing deadlines and stakeholder needs with confidence and agilityExcellent writing skills, including media releases, speech points, and briefing materialsExperience coordinating events and managing budgets, particularly for press conferences and public engagementsA collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external stakeholdersStrong analytical skills to evaluate media tactics and improve future communicationsUp-to-date knowledge of government programs, policies,



and announcementsHigh levelsof organisation with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environmentsRelevant tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations or journalism or relevant/demonstratedequivalent experience.Strong understanding of the public service and its role in working with other agencies and Ministerial offices.Ability to travel to outer suburban and regional locations, and to work outside of core business hours in an on-call capacity.About the AgencyThe NSW Reconstruction Authority is a statutory corporationand executive agency of the Premier's Department,that will improve how NSW plans for disasters and ensure that we recover from them faster.To reduce the severity and impacts of disasters, the NSW Reconstruction Authority will complete critical planning and preparation with communities,businessesand government.
