Our clients include individuals, families, businesses, not-for-profit organisations and Indigenous communities throughout Australia.About the RoleAs a Senior Paraplanner this role is focused on providing quality, compliant and timely paraplanning services and strategic advice support to Advisers, Partners and clients, as well as provide coaching and support to junior team members.Collaborate with Advisers, Partners, Associate Advisers & other in-house specialists to formulate advice strategies that provide optimal client outcomesGenerate tailored advice & fiduciary documents (SOAs and ROAs) within agreed time frames & service standardsMeet individual quality and productivity targetsProvide leadership, coaching & onboarding support for less experienced team membersPrepare financial calculations,
