You'll design usable, accessible and genuinely good experiences, working alongside researchers, technologists and strategists.What You'll DoResearch with a mix of methods to understand user needs, behaviours and usabilityCreate wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs, from mobile apps to desktop CRMsEngage stakeholders, from executives to technical teams, to build alignment and move work forwardRun design workshops and discussionsTurn research into clear solutions, recommendations and journey mapsKeep well-structured documentation that guides developmentRegularly report on design progress to project managers and stakeholders, highlighting any risks or challenges Provide detailed design documentation and specifications to guide the development process and ensure alignmentRequirementsYouCare deeply about user-centred design, for digital and beyondLove designing beautiful user interfaces, delivering elegant effective product interactionsAre a curious,
