This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing production, safety, and workforce performance on a major underground development project.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and direction to underground mining teamsOversee daily operations to ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficientlyManage supervisors, operators, and contractors across multiple crewsEnsure compliance with site safety systems, statutory requirements, and company standardsMonitor and improve operational performance, productivity, and cost controlCoordinate mine schedules in line with development and production plansLead incident investigations and implement corrective actionsMentor and develop supervisors and emerging leadersLiaise with client representatives and senior managementDrive a solid safety culture and continuous improvement initiativesQualificationsExtensive underground mining experience,
