This role is responsible for the successful delivery of the assigned project.
This requires preparing, planning, executing, and controlling all aspects of the project delivery or through delegation with the project team.
Successful delivery requires monitoring and controlling financials, work, schedule, resources (including subcontractors) as well as managing the project stakeholders (internal and external).
Key Responsibilities:Maintain overall responsibility for the delivery of complex projects to required quality, schedule, and budgetManage contractual requirements to ensure minimised exposure and control timely responses and escalationDirect day to day operations of the project teamManage effective communications with stakeholders and develop trust with the customers and key stakeholdersLead all contractual claims and manage together with the Contract Manager/Quantity SurveyorManage subcontractors and supply requirementsDeliver to financial objectives,



including forecasting and control billing cost by ensuring project team maintains estimated actual cost at completionImplement risk management programs and ensure proactive risk mitigation strategies are delivered and communicatedEnsure adherence to the highest standards of Health and Safety requirements by Honeywell and our clientsBeing able to work as integral part of an engineering teamKey Experience & Capabilities:Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline such as Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Information Technology science).
Alternatively relevant electrical trade qualifications with significant experienceTertiary qualifications in Project Management preferred or proven good work track recordOver 10 years proven experience in project management including financial management, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting and planningProven experience involving multiple discipline such as electrical, industrial controls, BMS, electronic Security, Mechanical and ICT.
Experience working in integrated hospital is desirableProven track record to work on conflict resolutionMust have proven ability as a member of high functioning teamCapacity to deliver against multiple objectives with commercial/contractual and financial acumenAbility to identify technical solutions to customer needsStrong communication skills both written and verbalAbility to work under pressureA strong commitment to safety and secure working environmentAbility to travel whenever requiredHolds NV1 clearance (highly advantageous) or ability to acquire NV1 clearanceAbout UsThe world is changing.
