We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships and oversee service delivery across a diverse portfolio of contracts.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine strategic client management with operational oversight to ensure excellence across every site.About usBayton Group have been developing and improving cleaning methods to help our clients succeed since ****.
Our award winning company has grown to become one of Australia's largest privately-owned cleaning companies.
We currently provide cleaning and maintenance services to over 450 sites in NSW, QLD and VIC employing over **** dedicated cleaning specialists.The RoleThis position is responsible for the operational management of a portfolio of 25+ sites across the Mid North Coast & Northern Rivers region, including aged care and health environments.You will be accountable for:Managing day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple sitesLeading, supervising and supporting a workforce of cleaning staffEnsuring all SLA, KPI and QEHS requirements are achievedConducting regular site audits and quality inspectionsTroubleshooting operational issues and implementing corrective actionsManaging client relationships to ensure service excellenceMonitoring labour,



consumables and site budgetsApproving timesheets and managing workforce planningManaging subcontractors and service providersAllocating machinery and equipment across sitesEnsuring strict compliance with WHS and infection control standardsThis role requires regular travel across the region and occasional out-of-hours work.Essential RequirementsMinimum 2 years' experience in a Cleaning Operations / Account Manager roleProven experience managing multi-site cleaning contractsCleaning industry experience is essentialStrong understanding of SLA delivery and compliance reportingExperience managing large cleaning teams and labour budgetsWHS and quality audit experienceStrong client communication skillsExperience in aged care, health or high-compliance environments highly regardedProficient in MS Outlook and ExcelOwn vehicle and valid driver's licenceAustralian Citizen or valid Right to WorkFull compliance with public health mandatesWhat This Role Is NotThis is not a business development or sales-focused position.Operational leadership and service delivery experience within the cleaning industry is essential.Why Bayton?
