Support Commercial Managers across multiple contracts for the Uungula Wind Farm projectAnalyse and manage contract risk on assigned contractsManage monthly progress claims, liaising with site and technical teams to verify work progress and contractor payment claimsManage contractor variations, including preparing proposals, assessing quotations, negotiating variations, and preparing authorised variation ordersManage contractor correspondence and deliverables in accordance with contract terms and conditionsSupport general contract administration, including formal correspondence, notices, insurance renewals, contractor meetings, and maintaining registersReview contractor correspondence to identify potential changes, claims, and delaysLiaise with the project team to determine activity status and follow up on outstanding itemsCollate, review, submit, and store documentation for reporting and claimsReport contract activities to the Project Director and broader project and senior management teamRequirementsAbility to work collaboratively within and across business unitsStrong safety orientation and focus on qualityStrong interpersonal skills with ability to engage and negotiate with stakeholders at different levelsSelf-motivated and action-orientedAbility to prioritise activities in a energetic environmentHigh-level organisational and priority-setting skills,
