support colleagues and maintain balance.You will also benefit from:Flexible work-from-home optionsDirect access to approachable senior lawyersProfessional development beyond minimum CPD requirementsA collaborative modern Brisbane CBD officeWhat You Will Be Working OnYou will advise employers and employees across contracts, policies, disciplinary matters, terminations, workplace investigations, disputes and workplace risk.Your work will include:Leading matters before the Fair Work Commission, Queensland Industrial Relations Commission and courtsPreparing advice, submissions, evidence and correspondenceTranslating complex legal developments into clear, practical guidanceBuilding trusted client relationshipsSupervising and developing junior lawyersThis is a hands‐on role where your work will directly influence client outcomes and the continued growth of the practice.What Type of Person Will Be SuccessfulYou are likely to be an employment lawyer seeking more autonomy, broader exposure and closer access to senior practitioners.You will ideally bring:Around 4-8 years' post-admission experienceQueensland admission and relevant practising eligibilityEmployment law, workplace relations or transferable litigation experienceStrong drafting, research and matter management skillsExperience with advisory and contentious workYou will be commercially minded, team-oriented and confident dealing with clients on sensitive or emotionally charged matters.Employment Lawyers, Workplace Relations Lawyers, Industrial Relations Lawyers, Senior Lawyers and Senior Associates are encouraged to apply.How to ApplyPlease apply with your resume and a brief outline of your relevant experience.
