The role will involve a combination of financial statements, tax compliance and business advisory, with significant opportunity to become involved in strategic client conversations and value-add work.
You will work closely with Directors, Chartered Accountants, Financial Advisers and SMSF specialists, giving you exposure to a broader range of client matters and the opportunity to develop into a well-rounded business adviser.About YouYou will have:4+ years' experience in Business Services within an Australian public practice environmentCA or CPA qualified, or currently studying towards completionStrong technical accounting and taxation knowledgeExperience managing a portfolio of SME and business clientsStrong communication skills and confidence dealing directly with clientsAn interest in developing beyond compliance into business advisoryA proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across different service linesStrong attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of your workA genuine interest in building long-term client relationships and developing your career within a growing firm
