Working within a nationally recognised team, you will gain exposure to sophisticated contentious construction matters while developing your expertise in dispute resolution and project delivery.The RoleYou will advise on a broad range of construction and engineering disputes, including:Construction and project delivery adviceCommercial dispute resolution and strategic claimsNegotiation, mediation and alternative dispute resolutionAdjudications and expert determinationsSupreme Court litigation and arbitrationPreparing pleadings, evidence, discovery,



expert reports and Counsel briefsAssisting with business development initiatives and monitoring industry developmentsAbout YouYou will have:2+ years' post-admission experience in construction, commercial litigation or infrastructure disputesExperience in contentious construction matters (preferred)Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong commercial judgement and a practical approach to dispute resolutionExcellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationshipsA genuine interest in developing a career in construction and infrastructure disputesWhy Apply?
