We are currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our skilled Civil Maintenance team in Western Sydney.As a Senior Engineer, you will oversee and drive daily planning and engineering outcomes, ensuring successful delivery across projectsYour role will include:Taking thelead in identifying and addressing challenges and opportunities to drive successful project delivery and strengthen operational performance.Taking ownership of developing and implementing effective solutions that resolve challenges and maximise emerging opportunitiesLead the end to engineering process for selected solutions, harnessing cross disciplinary expertise to deliver high?
quality results.Lead design reviews at critical engineering milestones and drive the planning process to ensure successful delivery of engineered solutionsAbout You / Your Experience and ExpertiseBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline5-7+ years?




experience within the construction or civil engineering industryDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, consistently delivering to deadlines and maintaining high professional standardsStrong technical expertise in civil engineering design and project delivery, including roads, pavements, earthworks, stormwater, and sewerageSound knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and guidelines (experience with QUDM and/or IPWEAQ highly regarded)Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levelsProven capability to mentor and lead junior engineers, fostering development and maintaining a high-performing team environmentThe successful candidate will demonstrate a robust commitment to safety, championing a Zero Harm culture across all projects and activities.
