Our products are sold in more than 130 countries where we create life-changing differences through hearing health.ResponsibilitiesOffshoring Transition SupportLead the transition of selected finance processes to offshore teamsDocument end-to-end accounting processes and control frameworksDevelop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materialSupport knowledge transfer sessions and onboarding of offshore resourcesMonitor transition effectiveness and resolve process issues during stabilisationAct as the ANZ subject matter expert for transitioned processesFinancial Accounting and ControlsSupport month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activitiesPrepare and review balance sheet reconciliationsMonitor intercompany transactions and reconciliationsReview journals, accruals,
